What's the difference between Home Watch and Rental Support?
Home Watch is for homes that sit empty: scheduled photo visits with a report each time. Rental Support is for vacation rentals: a 24/7 local responsible party while guests are staying. See Pricing for plan details.
What do I get after a visit or callout?
A timestamped photo report with a checklist covering water, AC, humidity, doors, windows and appliances, plus plain-English notes. Urgent issues are called in right away.
Do I need a long contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month, and you can change or cancel anytime.
Are routine visits and 24/7 support on every plan?
No. 24/7 responsible-party coverage is on Rental Support plans; scheduled visits are on Home Watch plans. Rental Support Essential is a 24/7 contact retainer with no routine visits. Tier details are on Pricing.
